Blog: I'm sad 'cause I just finished a Korean drama in 3 days. :[ IT'S SOOO GOOOOOD!!!!! If you're into reverse harem, you should watch it. "Reverse harem" means a girl being surrounded by boys. :D No, nothing sick... :p So as the title says, I want to summarize this drama a bit. If you're planning to watch it, don't read the actual ENDING. But above that, you can read it. It's a summary I provided. :3
Introduction on Three Dads One Mom. It's about this woman who's married to this guy. Let's call him Geeky Guy, 'cause he looks geeky with the hair and glasses. xDDDDDDD :x The main protagonist, which is that woman, desperately wants to have a kid with her husband. But unfortunately in the beginning, her husband isn't able to get her pregnant 'cause he has some kind of illness that prevents him from getting women pregnant. Not wanting to disappoint his wife (the protagonist), he asks three of his best guy friends for help. What does he ask? He asks each of them to donate a sperm. At first, his friends refused, since the idea seems sick and wrong. But after they got drunk and all, they were "made" to sign a contract with Geeky Guy that they made a deal to each donate a sperm. After that, the protagonist got pregnant. Shortly after (this is in the beginning by the way), the protagonist's husband goes into a car accident and dies. Poor him. :( Thus, leaving the protagonist and her unborn baby. Feeling extremely bad and for a promise made, the three friends decided to let the girl and her baby live with them (oh yeah, they all live in the same house).
Body on Three Dads One Mom. Nothing was going right at all for the pregnant girl. Apparently after her husband's death, not only did he leave her, but he also left her with a ton of debts to owe to people. Worse, the girl's father always gamble and borrow their money; never returning the debt to them. Luckily, the three friends are able to help her out, but of course, they were not happy about it. Oh yeah, let's give nicknames for these three guys. Money Guy (guy who works in a stock office, and is most paranoid about losing money); Detective Guy (guy who works as a detective, but is very clumsy and blunt); and finally, Comic Guy (guy who draws comic strips, and is a player among girls). So no one was happy about lending money for the girl, but they had no choice. They knew this was a promise for their deceased friend, and knew that it was probably their responsibility for the child (after all, one of them is the real dad). By the time we get to the episode where she gives birth to her kid, it becomes really funny. Haaa... too much to explain here though. :( YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT, DAMMIT. I seriously couldn't stop cracking up throughout the drama (except the sad parts, of course).
Later in the body on Three Dads One Mom. So as we go onnn... the fetus becomes a baby. Yay. The three guys made a deal with each other that they HAVE to take turns taking care of the baby, 'cause the girl finally found a job that can help her pay off all the debts (including the three guys). It becomes very difficult and stuff. But yeah.. just watch it. -__- ;; Soooo.... then, it becomes a bit predictable. After living with the girl and her daughter for awhile, they eventually develop feelings for the girl. They realized that this girl brought out the true individual in them. Made them realize that playing with other girls can't receive true love; that money isn't all that important; and that there is always happiness somewhere on the other side. It's funny how at first, they don't like her living there 'cause she has no child support and/or money for herself. And now, they literally fought over her behind her back. xD I like how she's so oblivious about it; that's what makes her a cute protagonist! :3 There was also this one scene where the three guys fight over who should be called "The Daddy." XD This is the part where the daughter starts to say her first words and all. Yeah.... xD FYI, no one knows who is the true father yet among the three.
Ending on Three Dads One Mom. WARNING: DON'T READ THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR ENDING SPOILED. D: So personally, I really liked the ending. It turned out none of the three were the kid's father. It was the girl's dead husband that was the real father. Crazy huh? Who would've expected a miracle from Geeky Guy? o_O ;; Then again, I kind of knew that it'd be him anyway.. it's how these stories go. ;] I'm like watching episode 16 over and over.... it's so good. Gonna watch it again after I shower. xD So in the end, the girl's daughter becomes 4 years old I think. 4 or 5, one or the other. The daughter wanted ice cream, so the protagonist (the mom) went with her to get some. The three guys were in the back watching her and her daughter go. Here, they find out from each other that all three of them weren't the daughter's father. They revealed to each other that they all did a paternity test a few years ago, and all the results came to 0%, meaning 0% of being the biological father. And thus, it was indeed their dead friend who was the father. They realized that since their friend Geeky Guy is dead, no one is backing off of each other to stop themselves from loving the protagonist. All three of them raced after the girl and her daughter. The end. Haha. Oh yeah, in this scene, they do KIND of reveal who the protagonist actually likes. It's one of the three. Lol. :P THAT, I won't reveal. Lol. :x
Neat huh? IF you guys actually read the ending without watching the whole damn series, you suck. But I personally think you should watch it. It's like one of the best Korean dramas I have EVER seen. D: Good for reverse harem lovers too, haha. There's a lot of spice of life drama in here. It teaches you that anything could happen, from experiencing your loved one's death, being in debt, to starting anew. You guys should seriously watch it. I heard they gave a rating of 9.1. WHY 9.1?? I'd say 10, haha. :D Fuck, I'm done blogging. x__x ;; Gonna watch episode 16 again, lol.
